Precautions

Drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration - before & after the session. It is not recommended to exceed 40 minutes per sauna session.

Not to be used if pregnant, have serious inflammation, a fever, communicable disease, acute bleeding or while under the influence of alcohol.

No water or wet towels to be taken inside the sauna to avoid spills on electrical components.
