 Remedial Massage  appointments can include most of the modalities to suit your treatment preference.  Services you can include at no extra charge are hot stones, cupping, cold laser treatment, therapeutic ultrasound or dry needling.

The appointments labeled as only one modality only include that service and no balms, oils etc are included.

All appointment times are for the whole appointment, which includes consultation, getting changed & your exit to enjoy the rest of your day!

Infra-red Sauna is a new addition to my services.  You can have a stand alone appointment for just the Infra-red sauna or a mixed appointment to incorporate it into your Remedial Massage. 

*Please ensure your are well hydrated prior to your Sauna Appointment!  Start hydrating the day before at least!

​My massage appointments also include the use of premium massage oils from Vasse Virgin in the Barossa Valley & your choice of a topical lotion/liniment to complete your treatment!

Reiki is new for me & I am currently Level 1, so if you would like a little Reiki with your Remedial Massage please let me know.   

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction & relaxation that promotes energetic healing.  It is based on the belief that an unseen 'life force energy' flows through us. Practitioners channel this universal energy through their hands onto the receiver to facilitate balance & energy healing that helps release blockages and promotes overall wellness — but it shouldn’t be used in place of conventional treatments!
