When booking your appointment below your will receive a confirmation email upon successful completion of the booking.  If you do not receive an email to confirm your appointment has not been booked.

You will also get a text message 24 hours before your appointment.

If you are booking to include Infrared Sauna note a change of clothes may be more comfortable for the drive home.

Your appointment time includes your arrival & departure, eg if you book an hour appointment it does not mean a hour massage time.  Please note I am not a typical clinic with a waiting area so please do not arrive early for your appointment, arrive on time only.  If you are uncertain about any of this please feel free to discuss.  I thank you for your assistance with this as I may be still preparing the room for your appointment!
